Learning Curve works with schools, parents and students through private consulting, teacher workshops, professional development sessions including follow-up coaching, and tutoring.  Our mission is to improve adolescent literacy and content-area learning tied to student performance.

We are passionate about helping educators reach all students through the effective use of proven instructional practices and collaboration with other professionals.  We work with administrators to develop and implement school-wide change.

Lead consultant and co-owner, Pam Leitzell has advanced degrees in education along with 30 years of experience as a public school educator and supervisor.  She also has over a decade of consulting experience, which includes project management for educational projects at the school, district and state levels.
